the assets of Acuity Bank Tomah Branch a subsidiary of Acuity have been acquired by Timberwood Bank MERTZ ASSOCIATES acted as advisor to Acuity in preparing offering materials, contacting potential acquirers, evaluating competing indications of interest, structuring the transaction and participating in negotiations.
