the Ergonomic Workstation assets of Aero-Motive Company a subsidiary of Woodhead Industries, Inc. have been acquired by Lista International Corporation MERTZ ASSOCIATES acted as advisor to Woodhead Industries, Inc. in designing a marketing program, preparing offering materials, contacting potential purchasers, evaluating proposals and participating in negotiations.

• AERO-MOTIVE COMPANY, Kalamazoo, Michigan, produces products that improve productivity and promote safety for manufacturing, construction and materials handling markets. The assets of the Ergomation® product line included adjustable height workbenches and workbench accessory systems.
   
• WOODHEAD INDUSTRIES, INC., Deerfield, Illinois, develops, manufactures and markets electronic and industrial communications products, primarily serving the global automation and control market with connectivity solutions and specialty electrical products.
