the assets of C-Graphic, Inc. have been acquired by Edward J. Garvey Jr. of Ed. Garvey and Company MERTZ ASSOCIATES acted as advisor to C-Graphic in preparing offering materials, designing a national marketing program, contacting potential purchasers, evaluating proposals and participating in negotiations.

• C-GRAPHIC, INC., Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a commercial, sheetfed, lithographic printer. The Company also provides literature fulfillment services. Customers include Rockwell Automation, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company and Fortis, Inc. C-Graphic will retain its identity and continue to operate independently.
   
• EDWARD J. GARVEY, JR., Niles, Illinois, is an individual with significant printing industry experience who owns several commercial printing companies in Illinois and Wisconsin. His holdings include Ed. Garvey and Company, which is a sheetfed and web printing company. With the addition of C-Graphic, Edward Garvey’s printing companies employ approximately 250 people and generate annual revenue exceeding $30 million.
