a license agreement to manufacture and sell equipment for foundry sand reclamation from College Research Corporation have been acquired by George Fischer Foundry Co. Systems a subsidiary of George Fischer Limited MERTZ ASSOCIATES acted as advisor to College Research Corporation in designing a selling program, preparing offering documents, contacting potential purchasers, evaluating proposals and participating in negotiations.

• COLLEGE RESEARCH CORPORATION, Germantown, Wisconsin, founded in 1965, is a privately held manufacturer of equipment used to reprocess ferrous and non-ferrous metals and foundry sand for recycling.
   
• GEORGE FISCHER FOUNDRY COMPANY SYSTEMS, Holly, Michigan, is a subsidiary of GEORGE FISCHER LIMITED, headquartered in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. George Fischer is an international firm with total sales of over $2 billion, including sales of $100 million in the United States. Operations include foundry operations and manufacturing of foundry equipment and die casting. The license agreement will facilitate expansion of worldwide operations.
