Daily & Associates has merged with Foth & Van Dyke and Associates, Inc. MERTZ ASSOCIATES acted as advisor to Foth & Van Dyke in designing an acquisition search program, developing a customized database, contacting potential sellers, evaluating proposals and participating in negotiations.

• DAILY & ASSOCIATES, Champaign, Illinois, a civil engineering company, was established in 1963. It has approximately 60 employees with offices in Champaign and Peoria, Illinois.
   
• FOTH & VAN DYKE, Green Bay, Wisconsin, is a member-owned business offering consulting and engineering solutions to government, industrial and commercial clients. Its commitment to clients' success has resulted in Foth & Van Dyke receiving national and regional awards for excellence, including Kraft Foods Supplier Excellence, Miller Brewing Partners in Excellence and US Postal Service Quality Supplier.
   

Combined, Foth & Van Dyke will have 450 employees in ten office locations. Foth & Van Dyke’s business will increase by over 15 percent and a strong presence in Illinois will be immediately established.
