• ENGINEERING ALLIANCE INC., Des Moines, Iowa, is a transportation and civil engineering company. It has 27 employees with offices in Johnston and Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
   
• FOTH, Green Bay, Wisconsin, is a member-owned business offering consulting and engineering solutions to government, industrial and commercial clients. Its commitment to clients’ success has resulted in Foth receiving national and regional awards for excellence, including Kraft Foods Supplier Excellence, Miller Brewing Partners in Excellence and US Postal Service Quality Supplier.
   
  The Foth companies include Foth Infrastructure & Environment LLC, Foth Production Solutions LLC and Foth Asset Management LLC. Combined Foth will have over 550 employees in twelve offices.
