• EMPIRE FISH COMPANY, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a specialty distributor of fresh and frozen seafood to southeastern Wisconsin.
   
• MEYER FOODSERVICE, LLC is a newly formed corporation consisting of private investors. The ownership includes stockholders of Neesvig's, Inc., a Madison-based specialty distributor of premium meat products to southern Wisconsin.
