the assets of Erie Medical a division of Erie Manufacturing Company a subsidiary of Siebe plc have been acquired by Ocenco, Inc. MERTZ ASSOCIATES acted as advisor to Erie Manufacturing Company in designing a selling program, preparing offering materials, contacting potential purchasers, evaluating proposals and participating in negotiations.

• ERIE MEDICAL, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, manufactures and markets a broad, comprehensive line of respiratory care products including oxygen systems, aspirators, aerosol compressors and accessories.
   
• SIEBE plc, Berkshire, England, employs 36,500 people in over 120 companies around the world. Siebe designs and manufactures temperature and appliance controls, process automation and control systems, electronic power controls, automotive components and fluid systems, compressors, safety equipment and other industrial equipment. Their sales were about $3.2 billion (USD).
