Company have been acquired by Danfoss A/S MERTZ ASSOCIATES acted as advisor to Sta-Rite Industries, Inc. in designing a marketing program, preparing offering materials, contacting potential purchasers, evaluating proposals and participating in negotiations.

• Selected assets of WEBSTER ELECTRIC COMPANY, INC., Racine, Wisconsin, and STA-RITE GMBH EUROPA comprise the FLUID POWER GROUP of Sta-Rite, with locations in Easley, South Carolina and Griesheim, Germany. The Group manufactures a full line of hydraulic pumps, motors and control valves, serving the mobile equipment market.
