• HERITAGE HARDWOODS, INC., Shawano, Wisconsin, was a producer of hardwood mouldings and specialty wood products such as stair parts.
   
• MORGAN PRODUCTS LTD., Lincolnshire, Illinois, is a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialty building products such as millwork, doors and windows. These products are used in new and retrofit residential and light commercial buildings. Sales exceed $400 million.
