the stock of IDI Corporation and Indiana Design, Inc. have been acquired by Piping Design Services, Inc. dba PDS Technical Services MERTZ ASSOCIATES acted as advisor to the estate in preparing offering materials, contacting potential acquirers, evaluating competing indications of interest and structuring the transaction for IDI.

• IDI CORPORATION and INDIANA DESIGN (IDI), provide engineers, designers, drafters and technicians on a temporary or permanent contract basis to industrial companies and engineering firms. IDI operates three regional offices: Brookfield and Green Bay, Wisconsin and Nashville, Tennessee.
   
• PDS TECHNICAL SERVICES, Irving, Texas, is a privately owned company that specializes in providing temporary and permanent engineering and technical personnel. The acquisition of IDI will increase their geographical presence and complement their existing operations.
