the assets related to three catalogs of Landmark Direct a subsidiary of NCH Corporation have been acquired by Executive Greetings a portfolio company of Behrman Capital and Tandem Investments MERTZ ASSOCIATES introduced Executive Greetings to this transaction.

• LANDMARK DIRECT, Tonawanda, New York, markets first-aid supplies and business and industrial products, such as safety signs, identification products and productivity tools to customers in the United States. The three catalogs that were sold and the products they carried included: ReadyMade™ (signs and labels), Timewise (whiteboard manufacturer) and Turnkey (material handling/shipping and packaging). Landmark Direct's five remaining business-to-business catalogs include Masune, Surgical Supply Service and Medco School First Aid, Medco Sports Medicine and Medco Occupational Health & Medical Supplies.
   
• NCH CORPORATION, Irving, Texas, markets an extensive line of maintenance, repair and supply products to customers throughout the world. NCH Corporation recorded sales over $728 million and can be found on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol NCH.
   
• EXECUTIVE GREETINGS, Hartford, Connecticut, is a business-to-business direct marketer of customized promotional and business products. The three catalogs complement Executive Greetings existing catalogs that sell business forms, labels, signage and safety, general business forms, etc. With revenues over $100 million, Executive Greetings, Inc. is one of the largest companies in the market for customized business products.
   
• BEHRMAN CAPITAL, New York, New York, is a private equity investment firm with $1.6 billion of capital under management. Investments are focused in the information technology and business services and outsourcing sectors.
   
• TANDEM INVESTMENTS, Greenwich, Connecticut, is a private equity investment firm with $150 million of capital under management.
