Miller O’Connell a subsidiary of Burton & Mayer Inc. have been acquired by Stork United Corporation a subsidiary of Stork N.V. MERTZ ASSOCIATES acted as advisor  to Lang Holdings Inc. desiging a marketing program, preparing offering materials, contacting potential purchasers, evaluating proposals and participating in the negotiations.

• LANG HOLDINGS INC., Delafield, Wisconsin, is a privately held coproration selling art-inspired wall calendars, wall calendar frames and holders, Christmas greeting cards, stationery paper, ceramic coffee mugs, recipe boxes and other unique gift items.
   
• MILLER O’CONNELL, Brookfield, Wisconsin, was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lang Holdings Inc. and specialized in high-quality sheet-fed offset printing of marketing collateral and fine art reproductions.
   
• BURTON & MAYER INC., Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, founded in 1938, is a leading commercial printer.
