the assets of Material Management Group, LLC have been acquired by Bossard Holding AG MERTZ ASSOCIATES acted as advisor to Material Management Group, LLC in preparing offering materials and participating in negotiations.

• MATERIAL MANAGEMENT GROUP, LLC (MMG), Appleton, Wisconsin, was founded in 1989 and has rapidly grown to annual sales of $26 million and approximately 100 employees. MMG provides comprehensive inventory management systems for manufacturing customers to manage a large number of “C” parts (low-cost, high-volume parts). MMG handles quoting, ordering, expediting, receiving, inspecting and material handling of all “C” parts for its customers. Benefits for the customer include reduced inventory, lower cost, reduced risk of stock-outs and less “C” part-related activity.
   
• BOSSARD HOLDING AG Zug, Switzerland, doubled its U.S. sales through this acquisition. Bossard operates worldwide in the fastening technology sector, with total sales of approximately $200 million. Bossard focuses on adding value through assembly automation and production technology.
