MERTZ ASSOCIATES acted as advisor to Monogram Plastics in designing a selling program, preparing offering materials, contacting potential purchasers, evaluating proposals and participating in negotiations.

• ADVANCED DIAL COMPANY, Chicago, Illinois, a subsidiary of ANDERSON INDUSTRIES, INC., Rockford, Illinois, is a manufacturer of precision plastic parts. The addition of Monogram Plastics increases the production capabilities of Advanced Dial.
