the stock of Neal Manufacturing, Inc. has been acquired by Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. MERTZ ASSOCIATES advised and assisted Metalcraft of Mayville in designing an acquisition search program, contacting potential sellers, evaluating proposals and participating in negotiations.

• NEAL MANUFACTURING, INC., Greensboro, North Carolina, was founded in 1981 and has grown to become a world-class metal fabricator serving Fortune 500 companies such as Caterpillar, John Deere, Cummins Engine and Freightliner. Neal reports over $15 million in sales with 200 employees.
   
• METALCRAFT OF MAYVILLE, INC., Mayville, Wisconsin, is a full service metal fabricator and a single source for custom metal fabrication needs. Metalcraft designs, engineers and manufactures custom sheet metal components and assemblies for large U.S. original equipment manufacturers. The acquisition of Neal provides a base of operations including skilled employees in the Southeast to better serve Metalcraft’s existing customers.
