the assets of Network Cabinet Products have been acquired by The Mayline Group MERTZ ASSOCIATES acted as advisor to The Mayline Group in designing an acquisition search program, contacting potential sellers, evaluating proposals and participating in negotiations.

• NETWORK CABINET PRODUCTS, Denver, Colorado, founded in 1991, designs and markets a wide range of local area network (LAN) racking systems, support furniture and standard/custom data cabinets and electronic enclosures to the technology and telecommunications market segments. The founder will continue with the operation as Vice President, Sales, for the new Mayline Network Products Division.
   
• THE MAYLINE GROUP, Sheboygan, Wisconsin, is a leading manufacturer of contract office and technical furniture with sales over $75 million. Product lines include sit-to-stand adjustable computer workstations, mailroom furniture and systems, large format and specialty filing systems, local area network (LAN) support furniture and cabinets and technical drawing/drafting furniture. This acquisition provides Mayline with a new line of computer consoles, an expanded and enhanced line of LAN support furniture and a greatly expanded offering of data cabinets and electronic enclosures to support the LAN and telecommunications markets.
