Company subsidiary of LEM SA and a Group of Private Investors MERTZ ASSOCIATES acted as advisor to the group of investors in evaluating the assets, structuring the purchase agreement and participating in negotiations with the seller and partners.

• PLANITRONICS, INC., West Bend, Wisconsin, manufactures electronic components and assembles printed circuit boards. The company has sales over $3 million.
   
• ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, assembles electronic components, including printed circuit boards, and provides related design services.
   
• LEM HOLDING USA, INC., Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a manufacturer and distributor of electronic equipment and parts, and process control instruments. Their parent, LEM SA, is a Swiss public company consisting of a group of complementary companies which provides innovative and cost-effective components, systems, instrumentation and services to optimize the utilization of world energy and natural resources.
