Lockout/tagout products help keep employees and contractors safe by preventing accidental or unauthorized operation of electrical breakers, equipment and valves.
   
• BRADY CORPORATION, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a world leader in safety and facility identification solutions. The Prinzing acquisition will strengthen Brady’s position as the leader in the lockout/tagout market, and expand its product line. Brady employs more than 3,000 people in worldwide operations and reported approximately $555 million in sales for fiscal 2003. Brady trades on the New York stock exchange under the symbol BRC.
