• PROVIMI FOODS, INC., Seymour, Wisconsin, is a processor of high-quality veal and manufacturer of prepared foods (also known as further processed foods), glaces and sauces. The Provimi brand name is recognized world-wide for its consistency and quality. Provimi Foods has two facilites in Seymour, Wisconsin.
   
• MARCHO FARMS, INC., Franconia, Pennsylvania, is an integrated veal production company with the capabilities to produce feed and maintain a consistent quality of product. The Provimi Foods acquisition positions Marcho Farms to better serve customers by having facilities in the East and Midwest, as well as to leverage the Provimi brand and broaden its product offering.
