• RIVERSIDE PAPER COMPANY, Mount Pleasant, Iowa, is a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialty paper, and art and stationary paper products for the school, office products and retail markets. The Company has over 130 employees and revenues of nearly $50 million.
   
• RIVERSIDE PAPER CORPORATION,  Appleton, Wisconsin, through its operating divisions, Riverside Paper Company and CBC Coating, manufactures and distributes art and stationary paper products, specialty paper, and specialty coated substrates.
   
• PACON CORPORATION,  Appleton, Wisconsin, is a leading producer of paper, educational aids and arts & crafts products for the school and art markets. Pacon employs 280 employees. The acquisition of Riverside’s converting operation supplements Pacon’s growth strategy, offering both operational and market synergies.
