Ro-Band has established strategic relationships with multiple Fortune 500 companies by providing exceptional quality and delivery. Ro-Band employs 64 in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
   
• G-3 INDUSTRIAL, INC.,  Schofield, Wisconsin, a newly formed holding company, whose holdings include Wire Maid Manufacturing Ltd., was established in connection with the transaction. WIRE MAID MANUFACTURING LTD., is a contract manufacturer of high-precision wire, tube and stamped products. The Ro Band acquisition positions Wire Maid to deliver additional capabilities and value to its current customers, grow within the outdoor power equipment industry, and expand Wire Maid into vertical markets with similar requirements. Wire Maid employs 113 in Schofield, Wisconsin.
