the assets of The Shaler Company have been acquired by Bar’s Products, Inc. MERTZ ASSOCIATES advised and assisted The Shaler Company in this transaction.

• THE SHALER COMPANY, Waupun, Wisconsin, is a privately held world-class seller of premium automotive lubricants under the Rislone brand name. Shaler has sold Rislone branded products world-wide for over 75 years.
   
• BAR'S PRODUCTS, INC., Holly, Michigan, is a privately held company offering a full line of car-care products. Founded in 1947, Bar’s Products has been a trusted provider of automotive chemicals for nearly 60 years. Bar’s Products was interested in expanding its product line to include the highly recognized premium brand of Rislone.
