the stock of Supa Machinery Sales have been acquired by K & H Holding Corporation MERTZ ASSOCIATES acted as advisor to Supa Machinery Sales in designing and implementing a marketing program, preparing offering materials, contacting potential purchasers, evaluating proposals and participating in negotiations.

• SUPA MACHINERY SALES, Franksville, Wisconsin, buys and sells all types of used metalworking machinery. The machinery is typically degreased, rewired and repainted. Minor repairs as well as major modifications, such as adding CNC controls, are occasionally done. Supa has a national customer base, with concentration in the Midwest. Revenues were approximately $5 million.
   
• K & H HOLDING CORPORATION, a Wisconsin corporation, is owned by private investors with related experience. They will actively participate with the previous owner in the management of Supa.
