Company has been acquired by Management MERTZ ASSOCIATES served as advisor to Sta-Rite Industries, Inc. in designing a marketing program, preparing offering documents, contacting potential purchasers, evaluating proposals and participating in negotiations.

• WEBSTER HEATING, Frankfort, Kentucky, manufactures fuel units and transformers. Sales are nationwide and the primary market is home oil furnaces.
   
• SPECIALTY PUMPS manufactures and sells plastic pumps designed for pumping caustic and acid solutions.
   
• STA-RITE INDUSTRIES, INC., Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a leading manufacturer of pumps and water processing equipment throughout the world.
   
• WICOR, INC., NYSE, is the parent company of three wholly-owned subsidiaries: WISCONSIN GAS COMPANY, STA-RITE INDUSTRIES, INC. and WEXCO OF DELAWARE, INC.
   
• MANAGEMENT received financing from various governmental funding programs. Operations will continue in Frankfort, Kentucky.
